This is the master gallery. Sub albums within the main album are indicated by a double colon prefix and suffix around the title - eg: ::Strasbourg::. Click on any one of the sub album images to navigate the tree structure ie: to get to the Strasbourg gallery: click on "Travel" then "France" then "Strasbourg". Alternatively, click on "Tree View", which displays all the galleries. Then select the one you want to view.
You can choose to view each photo individually or view a slide show. Individual viewing displays the larger images full size and displays the captions. You can select how big you want to display images by clicking onto one of the options shown below each photo. Select "Next" or "Previous" to navigate from one photo to the next in a gallery. Slide show view is quicker but reduces the viewing size of larger images and hides the captions.
I add "WIP" suffix to unfinished galleries (WIP = Work in Process).
All my images on PBase have been converted from Nikon raw files to JPEGs and compressed so as to save space and make them quicker to view. This inevitably results in some loss of technical quality compared with the uncompressed file. I also use a ColourVision Spyder to calibrate my PC's monitor before editing most of my images. Hence, the colours in my images may look a little strange if you view my images using an older monitor, since its colour rendition may have drifted from standard.
