Hi Cathryn,
I have just come back from a trip on the jungle line from Singapore to Khota Bharu. I looked on your site before we went and took your advice and stayed overnight in Gemas to get the day train through the jungle. There is now a new hotel just round the corner from the Gemas Curry Point. It's called Hotel Tropicana. We got a double room, ensuite, with TV, very clean and new, air conditioned for 50 MR a night. Hello Cathryn,I have just been enjoying your Malaysia photos. I am going in December for 3 weeks, it's my second time but the first was 14 years ago! it's 2 o clock in the afternoon here (Birmingham, UK) and I am working from home, well I'm supposed to be anyway!
